We are Louise & Dan, a husband and wife team from Wales with a shared love of all things historical, antique and vintage. We enjoy browsing charity shops, flea markets, craft fairs and online marketplaces to find the most beautiful vintage brooches and the most interesting and quirky antique and retro home accessories.

Old Fangled GB is a vintage revival company offering complementary services including sourcing, research and restoration. At the heart of what we do is sustainability and a desire to limit the effects of fast fashion and throwaway mindset on the environment.
We exist to provide a whole end-to-end service where an item becomes one element of a journey within a story. We start at source and provide a rejuvenated item with history and value - both aesthetically and as a future heirloom.
We handpick all our items with care, prioritising quality, design and condition of the items. Once we get an item home, the clean-up and restoration/repair begins to ensure these preloved treasures go on to their next life in tiptop fashion.
What We Do
Our customers are environmentally conscious and actively interested in vintage revival. They have the desire to purchase locally and ethically-sourced thoughtful, meaningful gifts, and decorate their homes with unique, high-quality vintage and preloved pieces. Traditional high-end antique boutiques and dealers often specialise in costly pieces beyond the average shopper’s budget, and whilst purchasing at flea markets and online marketplaces may provide bargain finds, the sourcing, cleaning and reviving of these objects can be time consuming and laborious. Old Fangled sits right in the middle, connecting our customers with the best of both worlds.

You can rest assured that your vintage revival items have been lovingly prepared and wrapped well for the journey to you. It gives us immense joy to bring "old stuff" back to life, and we're so pleased to be able to share our love of fascinating, unique objects with you.

In line with our ethos and in an effort to promote sustainability and minimise waste, we reuse all packaging we receive and recycle anything not robust enough to survive being posted. Rest assured, your item will be wrapped with care and as the saying goes, "It's what's inside that matters."
