Do you offer gift wrapping?

Our jewellery items come in lovely gift boxes or gift bags as standard so they are ready wrapped for gifting. All other items are wrapped in tissue paper or paper gift bags depending on size. All our gift wrappings are made from recycled materials and can be reused or recycled again.

If you have any special requests such as colours or themes, please get in touch and we will try our best to help you out!


What is your shop's return and refund policy?

All buyers are entitled to return items for a refund for 14 days after the item is received. All items must be returned within the 14-day period in adequate packaging and at full cost and risk to the buyer. A return address will be provided. Once a return item has been received and confirmed to be in its original, undamaged condition, a refund will be provided to the original payment method.

UK - After 14 days and up to 30 days, returns will only be accepted for damaged items that can be proven to have been damaged in transit. We will assess on an item-by-item basis if the item needs to be returned and return postage will be covered by us.

INTERNATIONAL - We do not accept returns after 14 days.

Do you provide personalised orders?

We don’t currently offer personalised items, but we do offer a personalised item-finding service! If you're looking for something special or specific, we can help track down the perfect vintage piece just for you. Just get in touch and tell us what you're searching for!


Can I add a gift note?

Absolutely! Just let us know in the comments at checkout, or message us directly with the details, and we will include a handwritten note with your item.
