All buyers are entitled to return items for a refund for 14 days after the item is received. All items must be returned within the 14-day period in adequate packaging and at full cost and risk to the buyer. A return address will be provided. Once a return item has been received and confirmed to be in its original, undamaged condition, a refund will be provided to the original payment method used.
UK BUYERS
After 14 days and up to 30 days, returns will only be accepted for damaged items that can be proven to have been damaged in transit. We will assess on an item-by-item basis if the item needs to be returned and if so, the return postage will be covered by us.
REST OF THE WORLD BUYERS
We do not accept returns after 14 days.
